Product Introduction

1. POLYSUN small home solar system is intelligent product. It has the function of automatic stopping charge when charge full, stop charging volt temperature compensation during charging. Case protection: IP65 protection. 

Have function of over-load protection, short circuit protection, temperature 

protection during convert ect.

2. POLYSUN small home solar system is no pollution, no noise, environmental protection products. It is a good power supplier for the place lack of power, remote area, islands, outdoor action and emergency needs.

3. Solar panel shelf life is 20years at least.

4. Power Control cabinet with inverter, battery and controller including, Shelf life of  key parts such as inverter and controller are 8-10 years under correct usage.

Operation manual

1. The installation of the solar home system

a. Install the solar panels on the housetop with the mounting bracket. 

b. Put the control cabinet in house with the condition of drying , airiness and cool 

c. Put the battery inside of control cabinet and connect with  correct anode('+') terminal(red wire)  and cathode(-) (black wire) , please make sure the power switch on the cabinet to "off".

d. Connect the solar panel to control cabinet with cable .

e. Push the Fuse in the control cabinet.

When you install the solar panel,  please choose correct angle with sunshine, the sunshine must be shine solar panel directly;  If its fixed installation, please call us to get exactly install angle, or keep the angle same as follows approximately.

2. Open operation

Put the power switch on the cabinet board to on , When the green indicator is bright, shows the machine with AC output, you can put the plug of electric appliance into the machine. Make sure the nominal power should be less 300W.

DC output max current is 2A

3. Shutdown operation

First,  switch off your load

Then put the power switch on the cabinet  to off.  If you dont use the machine for a long time,  dont connect the solar panel,  please put the power switch to off and pull off the fuse.

Warning: When the machine give warning signal, means low voltage,  must shutdown the machine as soon as possible.

4.  Load specification 

Remarks:

--Daily sun shine 7 hours, it can reach the above consumption average 

--It can used two days after full charged

--The above data is under the condition of fix installation, if the solar panel install angle is adjusted according the sun shine each month, the power will be increased around 20-30% average.

NOTICE & MAINTENANCE 

1. When you use it first time, to protect battery shelf life, Make sure charge more than 15hours , then start to use. 

2.Strong suggestion:  please do not use so much appliance during cloud day to keep your battery long shelf life.

3. The machine inside high voltage, please dont open it if you are not professional to avoid hurt by electricity.

4. The system is individual electric source, do not connect with public electric system and other power source!

5.For light load, please use DC light and connect with the DC output.

6. If the machine does not work, please change fuse first; if still does not work, ask professional people to check it!!!

7.When the solar home system doesnt need to work for long time , please shut down the switch and cut off the connection between solar panel and control cabinet, and  pull off the fuse.

8. To extend battery shelf life, when you dont use the system, please make sure to charge and discharge it one or two times at least per month.

9. Be sure to keep the surface of solar panel clean and there isnt any sundries on it, one time clean at least per month.

10.Appliance allowed:  the power of each appliance couldnt exceed 200Wp,  the total power of all appliances couldnt exceed 300W. capacitive and perceptual load need to reduce the power of the system. 

11.  Please keep the solar system away from acidic and alkaline. 

12Make sure to have a correct connection 

13.The control cabinet must be under follows condition:  drying , cool,  wind flow, no flammability and no explosive

Warranty maintenance and disclaimer warranty

We will provide the maintenance service in free if the product have quality problem within two years from the date you bought,  And will charge the maintenance cost after free validity.

In the case as below, it will be out of our Free maintenance service

Operate the machine not follow our instruction .

Load the appliance which not suit for our machine .

Disassemble and repair without our authorization
